1) Conference registration
Your registration will only be accepted once you have paid the full fee for the conference. After receiving your payment your invoice will be issued and sent to the given email address. If you need a pro-forma invoice please contact us at email@example.com
*For student registration a scan of a valid students card or other certificate of Student Status is to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
According to the Tax regulations in force no VAT should be levied on the payer of the registration fee in possession of a European VAT No. or if the payer is a taxable entity outside the Community possessing a tax authority certificate that they are subject to VAT taxation in their country.* In this case the NET fee should be paid.
In all other cases the 27% VAT must be charged (GROSS amount).
Regarding the local VAT regulations Hungarian residents shall contact the INCOM2021 Local Secretariat before paying the registration fee (email@example.com)
*E.g.: If your invoice is issued for your university (regardless of the method of payment) and it has an EU VAT tax No. or it is outside the EU but subject to VAT and it is certified, the NET fee has to be paid.
For approval you should send the certificate to the INCOM2021 Local Secretary firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise the VAT will be charged)

Registering for the INCOM2021 is comfortable and secure through payment by bank card. After ordering the selected service we direct you to the K & H Bank's website where you can pay with your bank card through an encrypted transaction that is currently considered the safest.
The customer only has to click on the “payment by bank card” button when choosing the payment method, and then they have to type in the card number and the expiration date of their bank card on the K&H Bank payment server.
K&H Bank accepts VISA, VISA Electron , V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB type bank cards. Bank cards authorized only for electronic transactions are only accepted if the usage of the card is authorized for this purpose by the issuing bank for that card. Please inquire at your bank whether your card can be used for internet shopping.
K&H Bank will issue an authorization number for the transaction. The customer should write the number down, or print out the whole page. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, K&H Bank will send an error message and the cause of the error.
Security of personal data, data protection
Protection of your personal data is a priority for Congress Ltd. and its partners. Collecting and processing of personal data necessary for identification during the usage of our website complies with the data protection standards in force in Hungary (Law CXII. 2011).
Your data will be handled confidentially; your data will not be given out to any third parties, unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (e.g.: billing, shipping, courier service).

Payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for the receiver Congress Ltd.
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via e-mail. Cancellations received until 1 April 2021 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 1 April 2021 but delegate substitution is permitted.
Confirmation of Registration
Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration.
Reservations will be finalized and confirmed only after having received the payment by CONGRESS Ltd.
